Payment Processes

Payments are due at the start of each session in order to prevent any balances from accruing. Session fees can be paid by cash or credit card. I am not affiliated with any insurance companies at this time. As such, services are considered out-of-network. The session fee must be paid at the beginning of each session; if requested a superbill (detailed receipt) can be provided on a monthly basis for submitting to the insurance company for reimbursement based on out-of-network benefits. It is strongly recommended to confirm your benefits with your insurance company and obtain approval for this payment process ahead of time and to understand that insurance reimbursement is not guaranteed. Session fees remain the responsibility of the client, whether or not reimbursement occurs.

With respect to cancellations, you will be charged the full fee to reserve your appointment for your scheduled service. If you do not show, your are more than 15 minutes late or if you cancel with less than 24-hours notice, unless there is an urgent emergency, in which documentation from emergency personnel, such as a physician will be necessary, you will be responsible for the full amount of the appointment and such will be non-refundable.
