Fitness for Duty, Fitness for Duty -Violence Risk & Pre-Employment Screen

Solstice Willow Counseling offers Fitness for Duty and Fitness for Duty - Violence Risk evaluations for employers to determine occupational capacity, ability to safely perform job duties and risk to self or others, if implicated. These assessments  provide recommendations to determine whether an employee can safely resume work or whether there are limitations or modifications that could help support their emotional, mental and physical wellbeing to effectively complete work tasks and requirements.
